Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations are handled for WAChatPrint.

1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your WAChatPrint paid subscription at any time.

2. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

After the current billing period ends, your account may revert to the free plan or lose access to paid features, higher limits, or premium functionality.

3. No Automatic Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the WAChatPrint Refund Policy and applicable law.

4. Free Plan Reversion

If your paid subscription ends or is canceled, your account may be placed back on the free plan with lower file size limits, lower conversion limits, and reduced access to paid features.

5. Existing Data and Saved Files

WAChatPrint may limit, remove, or restrict access to certain stored files, history, premium features, or account benefits after cancellation, depending on the plan and service configuration at that time.

6. Billing Cycle

To avoid renewal charges for the next period, cancellation should be completed before the next billing date.

7. How to Request Cancellation

Once self-service billing is fully enabled, users may cancel through the billing portal. Until then, cancellation requests may be sent to our support email.
