WAChatPrint may offer paid subscription plans for higher usage limits, larger file sizes, and additional features.
2. General Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where WAChatPrint determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a billing error, contact us and we will review the issue.
4. Service Issues
If you experience a material service issue and believe a refund should be considered, contact us with full details including your account email, payment date, and issue description.
5. Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid, unless required by law or approved by WAChatPrint.

Before filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, please contact us first so we can review and try to resolve the issue directly.
